April 2 has been fixed as the date for the reopening of the two hovercraft passenger services from Dover and Ramsgate to France. It is intended to use the giant N4s, the biggest in the world.
This programme deals with the invention and development of the hovercraft, describes what has already been achieved, and the hopes for the immediate future
