Nationwide Yacht Race

At the start of a special week of programmes from the BBC's Southampton studios, Nationwide cameras at sea and in the air bring exciting, live coverage of a three-day yacht race across the Channel. Eight 70-foot ketches belonging to the Ocean Youth Club, and representing BBC regions, are competing. Frank Bough reports on the start from the Royal Yacht Squadron at Cowes.
