In tonight's programme, THORA introduces another selection of favourite hymns from the last two years of Song of Praise, with the theme ' The Cost of Praise '.
Said Thora: It's easy to sing a nice hymn but it's a sight harder to mean what you sing. Tonight I shall be examining some of the deep beliefs held by the people who wrote some of our more popular hymns.'
The programme features hymns from Birmingham, Wales, Northern Ireland, Cornwall and many other places.
