Michael Berkeley 's guest is the playwright Arnold Wesker , who celebrates his 70th birthdaythis weekend. Wesker achieved fame in 1960 when his trilogy Chicken Soup with Barley, Roots and I'm Talking about Jerusalem was produced at the Royal Court theatre. His subsequent work has included Chips with Everything, The Wedding Feast. Caritas, six one-woman plays written between 1982 and 1992, and Denial (2000). His musical choices reflect his Jewish heritage and also include works by Elgar, CPE Bach, Michael Nyman and Japanese composer ShikeikiSaegusa. Repeated tomorrow 3pm
