Mary Rose-a glimpse in time
Bones, pollen and insects have been preserved for four-and-a-half centuries in the mud beneath the waters of the Solent in the wreck of the Mary Rose. Never before has a shipwreck been researched for its natural history but today Dr Margaret Rule heads a team that is, step by step, bringing a wealth of new knowledge on how we can discover our natural past.
