The Third Network transmitters. both medium-wave and VHF. will be used for one channel (left) and the BBC- tv sound transmitters for the other (right).
From 9.25 to 9.30 music will be broadcast on the left- and righthand channels alternately, to help listeners to adjust their tone-controls.
