One Day at a Time

on BBC One London

'I didn't think I could survive - but you do, don't you? Not week by week or month by month - just one day at a time.'

Cathy Liddle's father was one of 56 people who lost their lives in the Bradford City football ground fire. In the three years since the destruction of a wooden stand on a May afternoon, Cathy and families all over Bradford have found their own ways of overcoming grief and injury.
Remarkably, many have been helped by returning to the very place that changed their lives.
