When the CIA detects a plot to assassinate the President, ace agent Freddie Fallon gets the assignment of his life. In a series of chases across New York, Freddie pursues the would-be assassin in the confusing shape of Sonia, a tantalising Brazilian bombshell, and the ruggedly handsome Gunther, neither of whom, with time running out, is anywhere to be found.
