The town was empty but the harbour was crowded when the Spinners - Tony, Mick, Cliff and Hughie - entertained 1,000 Devonians to an open-air quayside concert in Brixham. The accent is on the sea with rousing chorus songs including 'Shoals of Herring,' 'Blue Nose' and 'Whip Jamboree.'
