Young Jim Hawkins is cabin boy on the Hispaniola, which has set sail in search of a notorious pirate's buried treasure; but as they approach the island where the treasure is buried, Jim overhears Long John Silver , the ship's one-legged cook, planning a mutiny.
Orson Welles plays Long John Silver in this version of the famous adventure story by Robert Louis Stevenson.
