W T. Owen , who has recently ioined the editorial staff of the Western Mail, has spent several years abroad. He is interested in Nordic literature and has studied for long periods in Germany and the Scandinavian countries He has also travelled extensively in the U.S.A and Canada, where he investigated the cultural and literary activities of the Scandinavians in America.
