Newcastle United v Southampton
Two sides in a state of flux meet for an intriguing FA Cup fifth-round tie at St James' Park (kick-off 5.40).
Both teams have experienced recent managerial upheaval: George Burley took over at the Saints following the departure of Harry Redknapp , while
Graeme Souness left the Geordie giants after a huge financial outlay failed to bring returns on the pitch.
The Hampshire side have been struggling in the Championship but were finalists in this competition in 2003, while success-starved Newcastle will look to Alan Shearer , who recently became the club's all-time leading scorer, to take them one step nearer to their first major domestic silverware for 50 years.
Highlights of all today's FA Cup ties are at
11.20pm. Commentary from Simon Brotherton and Graeme Le Saux. Introduced by Ray Stubbs.
