Broadcasting Union initiative - an annual series of early music concerts from across Europe, In this performance, music by Monteverdi is set in the context of vespers for the feast of Saint Laurence as it would have been celebrated in Monteverdi's time. The Choir of Swiss Radio,
Lugano, the Sonatori della Gioiosa
Marca and the Concerto Palatino are directed by Diego Fasolis.
