Trident plummeted into a field shortly after take-off from Heathrow, killing all 118 people on board. But even from such total devastation some benefits can be salvaged - and tonight Clive Jacobs looks at the men whose job it is to examine the wreckage, painstakingly to reconstruct the accident, and to discover exactly what went wrong and how lives can be saved by preventing a recurrence.
