London's Zoo: Closest to Man

on BBC One London

Introduced by Desmond Morris.
The chimpanzees' tea-party at Regent's Park has been famous for more than thirty years, but recently there have been new developments. Today the chimpanzees are being studied more seriously at the zoo. They give daily demonstrations of intelligence, and visitors can now see both the old and the new approach to these animals, man's nearest relatives.
