British Justice
A Trial
Written and produced by Jenifer Wayne
British Justice is weighed in her own scales by means of a mock trial conducted according to the practice of the courts. Witnesses give evidence of some of the things they have seen British Justice do, from her earliest stages to the present day. She is defended and has her own witnesses. The verdict rests with the listener.
(A recording, by request of the Schools Broadcasting Council of the programme previously broadcast in the Third Programme in July 1947 and in the Home Service this February)
