' Yeats and the Irish Drama'
W. G. Fay
With the death at the end of last month of W. B. Yeats the Irish theatre lost one of its greatest figures. He was one of a small group that inaugurated the Irish National Theatre Company in 1903, and took it to the Abbey Theatre, Dublin. Those with him were Ladv Gregory , George Russell (' A.E. '), and W. G. Fay , who this evening will give recollections of the early days, and describe Yeats long service to Irish drama.
