The Ice Dance has a strong field led by World Silver Medallists Krisztina Regoeczy and Andras Sallay of Hungary who have a good chance of taking the Olympic gold medal at Lake Placid in February. Britain's challenge is led by Jayne Torville and Christopher Dean.

The favourite for the Ladies' title will be Emi Watanabe of Japan, the World Bronze Medallist. British hopes are represented by Karena Richardson and Debbie Cottrill.
