US Ladies Open from Carmel, Indiana. One of the major tournaments in women's golf, the Open this year comes from the Crooked Stick Club, scene of John Daly 's triumph in the 1991 US PGA Championship. Britain has won the title only once, in 1987, when Laura Davies won after a play-off.
