Who Are the Children? In 1989, thanks to you, Children in Need raised a record-breaking £21.6 million which is improving the quality of life of thousands of disabled and underprivileged children. Tomorrow night, the BBC will be setting its sights higher still. Phillip Schofield reports on how last year's money has been spent and meets some of the many children who have benefited from the 7,500 grants made to projects throughout the country.
