The slow movement is the only gs?at piece in the Bruckner Quintet - a supreme inspiration on the same level as his symphonic adagios, and much of it orchestrally ' heard.'
Christopher Seaman and I have tried to be true to both its chamber-musical character, and its orchestral implications.
