Joseph Barnes is one of the best-known newspapermen in America. He is a graduate of Harvard and first broadcast an American Commentary for the BBC in September 1948. He has had considerable experience of other countries and accompanied Mr. Wendell Wilkie on his visit to Russia and China in 1942. He was for some years Editor of the New York Herald Tribune.
