From early this evening and well Into the night, competitors in this year's Dally will be setting out from starting points all over Europe on the 2,800 miles journey to Monte Carlo.

Robin Richards from the London studio introduces reports from Monte Carlo, Oslo, Glasgow, Paris, and from the BBC's Motoring Correspondent, Raymond Baxter, who this year is starting from Minsk in Russia.
