Nancy Drew is up in her own glider with her girlfriend George when she sees, to her horror, a car being deliberately forced off the road far below into a deep ravine. She immediately alerts the local sheriff, but when he finds no sign of either the car or the driver, Nancy sets out to unravel the mystery herself.
