Mrs. Dale records the daily happenings in the life of her family
Richard Fulton gave a children's party for Billy Owen and his friends. Jenny and Bob had a serious talk about their future and decided to wait for a year before getting engaged and in the meantime to have no claim on one another. Sally had a sale at her shop, and when Mrs. Freeman discovered that Sally had not been drawing a salary for some time she insisted that she too should take a cut in her salary while business was bad.
(To avoid confusion in many listeners' minds we should like to point out an error in last week's synopsis. It was stated that David proposed to Jenny. This should of course have read 'Bob proposed to Jenny.')
