Ogden, an American millionaire-diplomat, arrives in Hong Kong while recovering from an illness. Here he spends a wild night ashore in the company of Natascha, a very beautiful - but very poor - emigre Russian countess. When his ship leaves, Ogden discovers that Natascha has stowed away in his cabin, determined to get to America without a passport.
