The first in a new season of films that spell sure-fire excitement and danger. Started accidentally, a fire spreads fast until an entire city centre is engulfed in flames when an explosion occurs at an oil refinery. At the heart of the inferno is a busy hospital. For the city's firefighters, the battle to find an escape route for those trapped by the blaze is desperate - both time and water are running out.
