Live from the Royal Albert Hall , London. Tchaikovsky's one-act opera is a fairytale telling the story of a blind, innocent heroine, lolanta, who falls in love with the knight Vaudemont. As her love is awakened, her sight returns. It's coupled with the work it was premiered with in 1892: The Nutcracker. Presented by Martin Handley.
