Rides: Tickety Boo

on BBC One London

Six-part drama series about an all-woman minicab firm by Carole Hayman.

After 20 years in the army, Patrice Jenner is on her own in civvy street trying to build up a new business and establish a relationship with her teenage daughter.
Hayman says she's always been fascinated by the taxi business: "Anything can happen on the road and there's an element of excitement and romance in the very job. I deliberately picked a woman who is looking for adventure as the central character. The series is about women managing their lives."
