The concluding part of this behind-the-scenes documentary takes a closer look at the importance of cutting-edge visual effects to the regeneration of Doctor Who for a modern audience. Based on what we're used to seeing in feature films, the idea is that they should not draw your eye to them for the wrong reasons.
