For Children of All Ages
'Green Sailors and Fair Winds' by Gilbert Hackforth-Jones
1— ' He had to be back '
Production by Josephine Plummer
'People who sail in boats are not great talkers as a rule. It's usually a question of deeds, not words; and when you're in a small boat in the middle of the ocean and the wind begins to blow, the best thing to do is to obey the captain's orders first, and answer back (if you want) afterwards. That's what we always do in Rag Doll at sea.' (Mary Green)
