Mary Stuart Masterson Chicago, 1939: a new radio station prepares to go on the air forthe very first time with a glittering opening night, but behind the scenes the studio is in chaos, with an incompetent director, temperamental stars and unpaid writers on the verge of mutiny. To cap it all, key staff members are being murdered, with each death preceded by a mysterious announcement from somewhere within the building.
