Barry Norman presents his personal review of the week's cinema releases. Switching
Channels - Kathleen Turner , Christopher Reeve and Burt Reynolds star in a remake of The Front Page. The action is transferred from the old world of smoke-filled newspaper offices to the gleaming modern setting of a satellite TV news station.
It is notoriously difficult to start a career in the film industry. Stories of nepotism, limited training opportunities and fierce competition for what is seen as a glamorous job, could put off the most determined aspiring film-maker. Film 88 investigates.
