QHAKESPEARE'S great tragedy strongly appealed to Coleridge-Taylor, and he welcomed the opportunity of providing the incidental music for the splendid production of the play at His Majesty's Theatre in April, 1911.
Afterwards, he made some of this music into an Orchestral Suite, which in its complete form contains five pieces: The Dance, Children's Intermezzo, Funeral March, The Willow Song, and Military March.
