Commissioned by the Scottish National Orchestra to celebrate its 21st birthday, Sequentiae Passionis uses passages from the accounts of all four Evangelists. Being deeply committed to Roman Catholic liturgy, Wilson extends the vein of a previous work he had written for the John Currie Singers.
