A Consecration Festival is being held today in Liverpool Cathedral, celebrating the laying of the foundation stone on July 19, 1904. Taking part in this talk, describing the construction of the still uncompleted building, are Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. R.A., the architect. Canon C. F. H. Soulby , Colonel A. C. Tod. 0. Pittaway. the Clerk of the Works, and William Meredith , foreman mason.
