In this talk, Mr. MacAllister will discuss bird adaptation to life on riverside, pond, and loch. He will refer to such birds at the dipper, pied wagtail, grey wagtail, heron, kingfisher, mallard, water hen, coot, dabchick, tufted duck, lapwing, and, perhaps, the snipe.
