Conductor, Elsie Harrop
This choir, largely recruited from Hazel Grove in Cheshire, has been self-supporting in its ten years of life. The members, all of whom are engaged in industrial work during the day, are remarkably keen, and their enthusiasm has gained them many honours at musical festivals.
The choir is named after a local brook.
