As 100,000 spectators gather for a championship football game in Los Angeles Coliseum, a sniper positions himself at the top of an impregnable tower. The man-armed with a high-powered rifle -can view the entire crowd. Every person is a potential victim. This suspenseful movie, shot on location, builds to a devastating climax as the crowd assembles and police chief Pete Holly attempts to get his man before disaster strikes.
