The Syndicate comprising ABE ERLANGER , MARK KLAW. J. F. ZIMMERMAN , SAM NIXON, ABE HAYMAN. CHARLES and DANIEL FROHMAN. Their Idea was to make it impossible for any other management to make any money in the theatre without giving most of it to their syndicate.
