' More Tales of 'Pebblings Village ' : a new series of stories by Modwena Sedgwick , told by David. 4— 'The Gold Doubloon '
'Cousin Jenny'
A serial play in six parts by G. M. Wilson
4—' Minuet'
Production by May Jenkin
The picnic at Castle Desolate had proved a most alarming affair to poor Jenny. First there was her frightening encounter with the Irish tramp and his dog, then the loss of the lunch basket, and finally Tim's narrow escape from falling masonry. However, the end of the day was happier than its beginning. The tramp proved to be Rory O'Keefe, a well-known artist and a friend of Colonel Duncan. Better still, he thought well of Jenny's talent as an artist and prophesied a great future for her, and for such encouragement Jenny would have faced far greater dangers. She is more than ever determined to win that art scholarship.
