of Beethoven's Fourth Piano Concerto, as performed by the young Taiwan pianist Pi-Hsien Chen who made her British debut at the Proms last Saturday.
The performance heard today was given at the 1972 Munich competition for young performers, at which she won the piano award. The BAVARIAN RADIO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA was conducted by FRITZ RIEGER (Bavarian Radio recording)
