40th Anniversary of Motor Racing at Silverstone
In 1948 this former war-time bomber training base in Northamptonshire hosted its first race - the RAC Grand Prix. Forty years on, Silverstone is a multi-million-pound complex covering 720 acres. Today it's final practice for the Shell Oils Formula One Grand Prix. JOHN WATSON, winner of the British Grand Prix in 1981, joins SIMON TAYLOR. ANDY SMITH and GARRY RICHARDSON as they look back over 40 years of motor racing at the circuit.
Cricket: Benson and Hedges Final DERBYSHIRE V HAMPSHIRE at Lord's
