Beyond Murder: Convicting Jane's Killer

on BBC One London

In February Graham Coutts was convicted of the macabre murder of Brighton teacher Jane Longhurst. He had strangled her with a pair of tights to satisfy his obsession with asphyxiation and necrophilia, then visited her body in a storage unit for five weeks before setting fire to it. The programme gained exclusive access to Jane's family, police investigators and prosecution lawyers as they prepared the case for trial and brought Coutts to justice.
