Scobie in September: Part 6

on BBC One London

A thriller serial in six parts by Bill Craig
Starring Maurice Roeves as Scobie, Anton Diffring as Pandorus
with David Langton as Sir James Thorne, John Grieve as Sgt. Turner, Garfield Morgan as Slackhand, Hannah Gordon as Judy

While Turner and Slackhand investigate the Watchmaker's murder, Scobie succeeds in cornering Pandorus in a city museum where he listens with disbelief to a statement that Pereira is the key figure in an international neo-Nazi conspiracy. When Pandorus escapes, with Lilli's help, Scobie is almost re-taken by his captors of the previous night. Secretly meeting Judy in the Greyfriars churchyard, he tells her that Pereira's life is in danger but refuses to go to the police. He agrees, however, that Pereira must be warned. Judy sets out for Sir James Thorne's house...
