The Verb

on BBC Radio 3

Ian McMillan devotes this edition to some of the new works that The Verb has commissioned since its first edition.
These include Eros and Psyche, a short story written and read by JM Coetzee;
God's Blood, a drama for radio by Guillermo Arriaga; Jackie Kay's double monologue
The Silence; sonnets from Alice Oswald 's sequence; and an example of the eartoon. Plus a new poem by Michael Symmons Roberts, commissioned to mark the time of the arrival of the Magi.
