Adventure Lit Their Star by KENNETH ALLSOP abridged for radio In five parts and read by Denys Hawthorne Kenneth Allsop 's first novel is an account of the little ringed plover's early attempt to establish itself in this country. Written in 1949, Adventure Lit Their Star was awarded the 1950 John Llewellyn Rhys Memorial Prize.
