Ruby's Health Quest: Stress

on BBC One London

Ruby Wax's series on health.

Ruby looks at how different people have different levels of tolerance for stress, and finds out that the key to leading a stress-free life is to determine one's own level. To do this, she visits a Buddhist sanctuary in a remote part of Scotland, where she meets people who have worked out strategies for happy and healthy lives.
