The SPNM at 50
The Society for the Promotion of New Music celebrates 50 years of doing just that. This anniversary concert, recorded this afternoon in the Queen Elizabeth Hall ,
London, is given by soprano Jane Manning and Jane's Minstrels, and spotlights four works by young,
SPNM-selected composers: Karen Markham.
Yannis Kyriakides , Tom Ingoldsby and Andrew Vores. Justin Connolly discusses the pieces and the SPNM's work with Penny Gore. Producer Andrew Kurowski
