A notable landmark in the history of organised athletics is celebrated this weekend and some of the world's tup athletes gather for a gala occasion. Among tonight's events are the 100m final, and the star-studded 10,000m which so often has produced a memorable race Also included tonight are the heats of the Mile, 400m hurdles and the 3,000m steeple-chase.
